Weekly Fee: $500.00* (tax-deductible)

* fee may be increased by $50 if there is a drop in the dollar:euro exchange rate between March 1 and May 1, 2008. Fee includes daily lunches.

ROOM & BOARD (Villa Santa Maria): 40-50 euros per day, per person **

** breakfast and dinner included

TRANSPORTATION & AIRFARE: Volunteers are responsible for arranging their own airfare and transportation to and from the Gioiosa Jonica train station. The Mamertion Foundation will provide transportation from the train station to the Villa Santa Maria and back again upon volunteer's departure.

Minimum Stay: One week (participants are welcome to join the project for the duration)

Age Pre-requisite: Participants must be at least 18 years of age unless accompanied by a guardian

Application Deadline: March 1st, 2008

Deposit Required: A check for $500.00 is required to be submitted with the application. Sorry, we cannot accept credit cards.

Refund of Deposit: Deposit is fully refundable ONLY until March 31, 2008. Thereafter, refunds cannot be given but deposit will be acknowledged as a tax-deductible contribution. Refunds must be requested in writing prior to March 31, 2008.

Accomodations: Volunteers will be staying at Villa Santa Maria, a resort at Gioiosa Jonica, which was our headquarters in 2005 and 2007. The Mamertion Foundation will take care of reservations.
